Survived by his wife, Mildred Gillette; daughter, Karen Haggard Cornwell; grandsons, Joshua Lisa Haggard, Cory Robin Haggard; sister, Gloria Ann Nation of Mead, OK. Funeral services will be 2 pm Wednesday at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home. Burial to follow at Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens. Visitation 10 am Wednesday until time of service. Memorial contributions may be made to Alive Hospice.
