HOUCHIN, Thomas Irwin – Age 57 of Nashville passed away June 8, 2012. He was a faithful , loving and devoted husband and father survived by his wife of 36 years, Barbara Ann Houchin, and sons, Lee Aaron Houchin and Greg Thomas Houchin Megan. Funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Monday, June 11, 2012, at West Harpeth Funeral Home with family visitation noon to 2 p.m. prior to the service. Burial will be at 4 p.m. Tuesday, June 12, 2012, at Norris Memorial Gardens in Norris, TN. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Saint Thomas Hospital Foundation, 4220 Harding Road, Nashville, TN, 37205.
