HAZLETT, Thelma G. -Age 88 years, passed away September 15, 2011. Preceded in death by her husband, Donald Hazlett; sister, Ruth Fischell. Survived by sister, Dorothy Ramsay; nieces, Beth A. Campbell Landy, Wendy Vernick John; 3 great nephews, 2 great nieces and 3 great great nieces; brother-in-law, Ken Hazlett. The service will be at 3 p.m. , Sunday, September 18, 2011, at West Harpeth Funeral Home with Gary Cornell officiating. Interment will take place in Jeannette, PA. The family wishes to think all the nurses, caregivers and Dr. Charles Daniels at Waterford Assisted Living. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Alzheimer�s Association.
