Mrs. Tammy Sue Sullivan, 55, of LaFayette, TN, passed away on July 23, 2018. Tammy was born on March 3, 1963 to Julian and Mary Ann Hill.

Tammy is survived by her husband of 37 years, Mr. Ray Sullivan; sons, Michael Ray Sullivan (Amanda) and Eric Daniel Sullivan; grandchildren, Jaydin, Jaykob, Brooklyn, and Erika Sullivan; parents, Julian and Mary Ann Hill; brother, Edward Sexton; sister, Debra Ann Hill; and several nieces and nephews.

A life celebration will be held 3:30pm, Saturday, July 28, 2018 at Crestview Funeral Home. Family will receive friends on Friday from 2-8pm and then again from 9am until service time on Saturday. Burial will be at Crestview Memory Gardens. Crestview Funeral Home is entrusted with arrangements, 1623 Highway 109 N, Gallatin TN 37066.
