The world was blessed when Tammy Lee Payne, was born January 27, 1966, in Kankakee, Illinois, to Gerald and Wanda Kutsch. She has called Tennessee, her home since 1985. She was a devote Christian, who loved her Lord, and prayer time. She was known for her huge heart, beautiful smile, and contagious laugh. She gave wherever she could; whether it be to charity, opening her home to many kids, or helping a friend or family member in need. Her other loves, were her animals that she tended to find and adopt. She loved the outdoors and trips to the beach. Her greatest joys were time spent with family, whom she always made known, she loved dearly. She had a very bright light that lit everyone who met her. May it be known that she will be greatly missed by many, but never forgotten. For we will always remember that smile, her kindness, and carry that light of her amazing soul, with us wherever we go.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Gerald and Wanda (Garrett) Kutchs.
Survived in death by her husband, Donald Lee Payne Jr.; Daughter, Tauna Potts Kingery(George Kingery); son, Trae Lee Payne(Denice Peterman); grandchildren, Remmie Payne, Riggslee Payne, and Riley Bright; sister, Paula Kutsch; niece, Shannon Kutsch; nephew, Michael Kutsch; brother, Jay Kutsch(Christina Kutsch); nephews, Erik Kutsch(Lori Kutsch) and Jared Kutsch; niece, Morgan Kutsch; great nieces, Lexy and Harli Kutsch; uncle, Charlie Kutsch; Aunt, Mary Depoister-Kannberg; and many cousins, family members, and so many friends, whom were family. Because well, that’s how she treated everyone, as family.
