Tammy Brinkley, age 54, of Bethpage, Tennessee, entered into peace after her battle with liver cancer.
Tammy was a beautiful woman with a heart of gold. She worked at Rucker Stewart Middle School for several years and impacted the lives of many children and her coworkers. She was so kind and generous with the students, and they loved her back. Outside of work, Tammy was very dedicated to her family. It was her priority to see that everyone was well taken care of. She wore every title she had like a medal, wife, step-mom, nana, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend. Her family and friends will remember her contagious laugh and will cherish their memories together. To know her was to love her, and she will be dearly missed by many.
Tammy Rena (Watson) Brinkley is survived by her husband of 18 years, Phillip Brinkley; step children, Nicki Brinkley, Brandon Brinkley, Chelsea Brinkley, Joslyn Brinkley (Naudija); grandchildren, Braxton Brinkley, Horizion Brinkley, Ahlayna Fitts, Sadie Mae Brinkley, Jocelyn Allen; mother, Ethel Adcock; father, William Watson (Tina); brother, Bubba Watson (Shona); sister, Denise Spicuzza; half-sisters, Cathryn Watson, Paula East (Tyler); step-brother, Daryl Harvey (Holly); and many extended relatives she loved dearly.
The date of her memorial service is to be announced soon.
