Survived by her daughter, Laura Lampley Trey; granddaughter, Eleanor Lampley; brothers, Jimmy Jacobs, David Lovan and Kevin Lovan. A life celebration service will be at 11am on Wednesday, September 19, 2012 at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home. Interment to follow at Hermitage Memorial Gardens.
