Sue H. Willbanks, age 75 of Gallatin passed away February 22, 2019. Ms. Willbanks was born on March 14, 1943 in Nashville, TN to the late James Earl Halliburton and the late Marjorie Marie Bullard Halliburton Hagler. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Jimmy Halliburton and Harold Halliburton. She is survived by her children, Charles Todd Willbanks (Dawn), Trenton E. Willbanks (Ana), R. Tyler Willbanks (Kealani), and Susan E. Byrum (Carlin Escue); 20 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; brother, Charles Halliburton; sister, Iris Browning; best friends, Harriett and Judy; her beloved dog, Tootie; and her former husband and friend, Charles Edward Willbanks. The family would like to offer a special thanks to the staff of Christian Towers and the Manor for their care of Ms. Willbanks over the years. Funeral Services will be conducted on Wednesday, February 27th at 1:00 P.M. in the Chapel of Crestview Funeral Home with Rev. Mike Potts officiating. Interment will follow in Crestview Memory Gardens with family members serving as pallbearers. Visitation with the family will be on Tuesday from 4-8 P.M. and Wednesday from 12 P.M. until service time. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Sarah Cannon Cancer Foundation.
