Survived by mother, Annie Ruth Spann; sisters, Shari Eugene Sewell and Cynthia Bill Bass; five nieces and nephews; five great-nieces and nephews. The funeral service will be at 10 am, Monday, October 12, 2009 at West Harpeth Funeral Home. Interment at Jackson's Chapel Cemetery.
