Age 86, of Bowling Green, Ky, formerly of Gallatin, passed away February 20, 2016.
Ms. Woodward was an extraordinary mother to her boys, second mother to their friends, grandmother & great-grandmother, that had never met a stranger in her life. She was also very hard working, caring, strong willed and loving. She loved working in the yard, cooking, interior decorating which she did as a career for most of her life, sewing, watching and being in nature but most of all spending time with her boys and their families. She was also an Avid Atlanta Braves fan, recording their stats and watching their games whenever she could.
Preceded in death by her parents, Ozro & Ola Peacock; sisters, Shirley, Ruth, Jean, & Jo; brothers, Robert, James & Edward. Survived by her adoring sons, Fred Woodward (Terrie) & Bill Woodward (Anne); grandchildren, Ashley Jarratt (Drew), Katherine Hughes (Austin), Sarah-Emily Woodward & Kyle Woodward; great-grandchild, Tide Jarratt; several nieces, nephews & extended family.

A Life Celebration will be held 11:00am Wednesday February 24th at Crestview Funeral Home with burial to follow at Crestview Memory Gardens. Pallbearers will be Andy Dias, Jim Haney, Mark Blair, Kyle Woodward, Brandt Scott, and Louie Sterrett.
