She is survived by her husband, Jerry Lackey; daughters, Sabrina Ruth Lackey and Michelle Lackey Bryan Collins; granddaughter, Olivia Sarah Collins; brothers, William S. Harvey and John M. Harvey. The memorial service will be at 1pm, Friday, November 19, 2010 with visitation two hours prior to the time of service at WEST HARPETH FUNERAL HOME 6962 Charlotte PK 615 352-9400.
