Sarah Flatt

Sarah Hannah Flatt, age 14, passed away September 4, 2019. Sarah was born in Hendersonville, TN on October 24, 2004 to Gail Key Flatt and Corey Flatt. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Mary and John Key of Gallatin. She is survived by her mother, Gail Flatt of Gallatin; father, Corey Flatt and his family of Bethpage; sister, Elizabeth See and her family of Flagstaff, AZ; brother, Austin Moore and his family of Gallatin; grandparents, Pam and Ron Rittenberry & Ed and Valinda Flatt; and uncles, Johnny Key of Lebanon and David Underwood of Kentucky. Sarah was a member of the House of Grace in Gallatin and attended Sumner County School, most recently at Westmoreland High School. A Celebration of Sarah's life will be held on Saturday, September 14, 2019 at 6:00 P.M. in the Dog Park area at Triple Creek Park in Gallatin.
