Ouida Gallahar

Ms. Ouida Gallahar, age 83, of Portland, passed away on December 19, 2022. She was born on December 31, 1938 to the late Verbal and Helen Cox. Along with her parents, she is also preceded in death by her husband, Scotty Gallahar and daughter, Sherry Gallahar.

Ouida loved spending time with her family, fishing, and arrow head hunting. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and friend who will be truly missed.

Ouida is survived by her sons, Scotty (Becky) Gallahar, Mark Welch, and Ricky Welch; grandchildren, Scotty Jr (Jennifer) and Colby Gallahar; great grandchildren, Jacy, Laney Brook and Bo Lane Gallahar.

A graveside service will be held at 11am, December 22nd at Sumner Memorial Gardens.
