Ms. Joe Collins

COLLINS, Joe Lena- Age 90 years, passed away April 22, 2013. She was born in Mt. Pleasant, TN, and taught in Metro Schools for 36 years, including, Hume Fogg School and Bellevue Middle School. She was a member of the Belle Meade United Methodist Church. Survived by great nephew, Cody Collins; nephew, Danny Collins; niece, Virginia Snyder; and many great nieces and nephews. The funeral service will be on Thursday, April 25, 2013, at 10am, at West Harpeth Funeral Home with Reverend Michael Williams officiating. Interment will be at Arlington Cemetery, in Mt. Pleasant, TN. Pallbearers will be Danny Collins, Cody Collins, Doug Snyder, Dave Snyder, Lee Snyder, Allen Collins, Mark Breedlove, and Mark Wright. Honorary pallbearers will be Dr. Lee Tucker, James Sowell, John Coleman, Bobby Denton, Steve Groce, Jaime Groce, Kevin Groce, Gavin Groce, Reed Collins, Ross Collins, Brian Breedlove, Cory Breedlove, Wesley Finch, Stetson Hayes, John Fallon, Matt Fallon, Chris Fallon, Kenneth Beckman and Brian Harrington. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be sent to the Belle Meade UMC, or Alive Hospice.
