Mike Walker

WALKER, Mike – Age 57 of Portland passed away July 8, 2013 at his home. He was born April 19, 1956 in Nashville, TN to the late Alex Walker and Hattie Bell Oakley. He attended school at Cumberland High School in Nashville. In 1979 he was introduced to his soon to be wife of 33 years. After many years of living in the Nashville area Mike and Pat moved to Sumner County. Mike was a jokester that loved to laugh and joke with everyone. He was a very giving man that would help any one at any time. He loved anything with wheels, good food, shopping & most of all, his family. He was a good Christian hard working man that will be truly missed. Preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Willis, Bobby & Jerry Walker. Survived by his loving wife, Pat Walker; children, Cindy White, Josh Walker & Bruce Walker; grandchildren, Teka Brown, Taylor Walker, Tori Walker, Joshua Walker & Amy Walker; great-grandchild, Shamir Brown; brother, Harold Walker Sharon.
