Michael Bard

Michael Bard died on December 18, 2021 with his wife Leslie, sister-in-law Laura and brother-in-law Mike by his side. He passed peacefully with the voices of his loved ones from all over the last sounds he heard. He lived with cancer for 7 ½ years with his incredible strength. He was so many things; a beloved husband, devoted son, and proud and loving father and grandfather. A retired firefighter/paramedic, he was also a computer whiz, woodworker, motorcycle enthusiast, and someone who could fix pretty much anything. He had a razor sharp wit and a keen mind, and made friendships for life. He leaves behind his wife Leslie, his mother Cheryl Bard, daughter Brooke Drury and son-in-law Wes Drury, grandchildren Dalton and Blake, brother Rick Bard, sister Lynn Kline (Charlie), brother Steve Bard(Dawn), mother-in-law Diane Lahoski, brother-in-law Brian Fowle(Melissa), sister-in-law Laura Wennergren(Mike), brother-in-law Tom Fowle, extended family and close friends. He was predeceased by his father Richard. Michael will be missed more than words can say.
