Survived by son, Jerry Clouse Lorrie; grandchildren, Cherish Hughes John, Clay Clouse; great-grandson, Jacob Davison; brother, James Lee Shacklett; sister, Pat Shacklett Gately. The Memorial service will be 1 p.m. Saturday, January 12, 2013 at West Harpeth Funeral Home.
