Mary Jane Jordan

Mary Jordan, age 82, of Hendersonville, entered into eternal peace on Tuesday, April 22, 2025.

She was born on September 1, 1942, in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.

Mary was a beautiful woman inside and out. She was a rock for her family; someone you could always depend on for love, a helping hand, a heartfelt laugh, and an entertaining story. Mary perfected making a house a home. She treasured her husband, loved her children, and adored her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Mary was truly young at heart, and full of adventure. At 80 years old you could catch her riding roller coasters, Zip lining, and jumping on the trampoline with her grandchildren.

Her family will remember how fiercely independent she was and all the smiles they shared together. Mary will be sorely and dearly missed, and her memory will be forever cherished.

Mary Jane (Montgomery) Jordan is survived by her children, John Allen Jordan (Donna), Tracey Eugene Jordan, Michael Wayne Jordan (Kristie); grandchildren, Barbara Jean Morales (Gabe), Ronald “Skeet” Jordan (Lindsay), Jeanne Hicks, Dylan Wayne Jordan (Morgan), Tiffani Lynette Jordan, Julie Ann Jordan, Kylie Jo Jordan; great-grandchildren, Emily Elizabeth Jordan, Ethan Jordan, Austin Jordan, Kaydince Ray, Brenson Hicks, Katherine Hazel Jordan; sister, Patricia Lamson; nephew, Vol Jordan (Roberta); and many other nieces and nephews she loved dearly.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 52 years, Johnny William Jordan; father, Edmund H. Montgomery; mother, Hazel Beatrice (Banks) Montgomery; and her brother, Shelby Montgomery.

Visitation with the Jordan family will take place at Crestview Funeral Home, on Monday, April 28, 2025, from 3:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M., and again on Tuesday, April 29, from 11:00 A.M. until service time, at 1:00 P.M.

Pastor Howie Cantrell will be officiating the funeral service in honor of Mrs. Mary Jordan.

Entombment in Crestview Memory Gardens Mausoleum will immediately follow.
