CHAPMAN, Mary Frances – December 30, 2010. Mrs. Chapman was an avid golfer and gardener, but her greatest passion was her family. Survived by her husband of 69 years, William T. Chapman, Jr.; daughters, Melissa Abington, Ellen Herrington Lynwood, and Susan Freeman Harold; sons, Joel Chapman and Ted Chapman Pat; 9 grandchildren, Will Chapman Donna, Myles Freeman Amy, Russell Freeman, Mary Frances Kerr Kelly, Betsy Malkin Dave, Catherine Morton John, John Herrington, Susan Michael Adam, Taylor Abington Jenna; 5 great-grandchildren; sister, Juanita Mitchell. Services will be private. The family will accept visitors 5pm – 8pm on Monday January 3r d at the Freeman's family home 401 Wilson Pk, Brentwood TN, 37027. The family would like to express their appreciation to Belvedere Commons of Franklin and Caris Healthcare for the care and love shown to their mother.
