Survived by Donald "Dick" Johnson; daughter, Donna Keith Oliver; son, David Cauthen, Jr.; sister, Martha Sam Langham; grandson, David Jessica Martel Cauthen; great-grandsons, Brody and Quinton Cauthen; daughter in law, Jan Stephenson; extended family, The Johnsons: Joe, David, Terrie, Dawn, grandchildren, Allison, Annie, Maria, Zack, Nick and Kayla, great grandchildren, Emily, Jeremiah and Neva. The funeral service will be 12 noon on Thursday, August 12, 2010 at West Harpeth Funeral Home. Interment to follow at National Cemetery.
