Age 74 of Gallatin passed away January 12, 2015 at Sumner Regional Medical Center.

Ms. Lamb was a compassionate, caring and loving woman. She had not ever met a stranger in all her years on this earth. She loved to give hugs and always made you feel very welcome and comfortable around her. She enjoyed flower gardening, cooking for family events, reading and spending time with her family, friends and coworkers. She was a special woman that touched many lives in her life. She will be greatly missed.

Preceded in death by her parents, Claudia Mary Case Cook and Francis Cook, husband, Ernest Lamb, son, Ernie Lamb; sisters, Shirley, Leola & Mary; brothers, Joe, Hoyt, Robert, Junior Charlie & Harley. Survived by boyfriend, John Todd; children, Theresa Poole (Joe), Tony Lamb; daughter-in-law, Janet Lamb; grandchildren, Micah Overstreet, Claudia Overstreet, Joseph Poole, Paige Lamb & Cindy Troxel (Jay) & Jason Lamb; great-grandchildren, Jaxon, Braiden & Alyssa; sisters, Georgia, Dorothy, Jewel & Janie; brothers, Bill & Harry; several nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

A Life Celebration will be held 1:00pm Friday at Crestview Funeral Home with Pastor Ricky Morris officiating. Burial to follow at Crestview Memory Gardens.
