Margaret Diane Durham

Margaret Durham, age 69, of Bethpage, passed away suddenly on Thursday, March 13, 2025. She was born on October 6, 1955, in Centerville, Tennessee. Margaret was the most devoted wife, mother, and the best grandmother ever. Margaret was married to Donald on February 27, 1987. She loved to spend time with her family, and her touch made a house a home. Margaret was a fantastic cook; she could make anything but truly enjoyed to bake. Margaret was so caring, and always helping those around her. Her family will treasure their memories with her and the laughs they shared. Margaret will be deeply missed by all the hearts she touched. May she rest in peace.

Margaret Diane (George) Durham is survived by her husband of 39 years, Donald Durham; children, April Reese, Amanda Smith (Chad), Bubba Durham, Amy Parker, Matt Parker (Amy), Julie Bowler (Scott), Chad Durham (Jennifer), Kellie Scott-Richetti; grandchildren, Nikki (J.J.), Justin, Mailee, Bobby, Brady, Dylan, Lindsay, Kayla, Kiley, Shelby, Will, Akeleigh, Akierra, Austin, Ryan, Jacob, Faith, and Keylen; 12 great-grandchildren; sisters, Faye Craig, Karen Halloway; and numerous nieces and nephews, who loved her dearly.

She was preceded in death by her father, Ernest George; mother, Elizabeth (McCaleb) George; grandchildren, Jacob Parker, Dayleigh Turner; brothers, Jimmy George, Johnny George, Ervin George; and her sister, Deborah Adams.

Visitation with the Durham family will take place at Crestview Funeral Home, on Sunday, March 16, 2025, from 2:00 P.M. until 5:00 P.M., and again on Monday, March 17, from 11:00 A.M. until time of the funeral service at 1:00 P.M.

Bro. Jerry Ladd will be officiating the funeral service in honor of Mrs. Margaret Durham.

Burial in Crestview Memory Gardens will immediately follow; those serving as pallbearers are Bubba Durham, Matt Parker, Chad Durham, Brady Durham, Bobby Moulton, Dylan Parker, Adrian Ross, and Chad Smith.
