Lonnie Perez

Mr. Lonnie Gene Perez, age 65, of Gallatin passed away on Wednesday, December 5, 2018 at Sumner Regional Medical Center. He was born on July 27, 1953 in Burlington, Iowa to Ignacio Perez and the late Betty Perez.

Lonnie loved God, his family, and guitar playing. He loved to play with bands or just pick with friends. He attended Grace Church and enjoyed fishing trips with buddies from his work at Macy's. He was a gentle man who enjoyed his role as Papa, most of all.

Lonnie is survived by his loving wife, Mrs. Christina Lee Perez; children, Daniel Gene Perez, Misty Lynn (Lucas) Cael-Blake, Michael Brandon Lee Perez, Lauralee Kristen (Matthew) Light, and David Marcus Alan Perez; grandchildren, Amber Arwine, Gavin Perez, and Caelee Blake; sister, Danita (Ed) Cibelli; and brother Ricky (Pam) Perez.

A Life Celebration Service honoring Lonnie will be held on Thursday, December 6, 2018 at 6:00 P.M. with Bro. Charles Anderson and Bro. Chris Johnson officiating.
