Linda Fay Smith Welch, Age 67, went home to be with our Lord on July 25, 2016 in St. Louis, MO.

Linda was born September 1, 1948 in Gallatin, TN. She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. She is preceded in death by her father, Garland Smith; mother, Bessie Louise Brown; brothers, Billy Cooper and Sonny Smith; sister, Katherine Whitehead; ex-husband, Lester E. Still. Survived by one son, Sheridan Lane of Desoto, MO; two daughters Margie Goodwin and Lesley Still of St. Louis, Mo; two sisters Sarah Hunter of Rosenberg, TX and Dorothy Grooms of Lawrenceburg, TN; one brother Wayne Smith of Gallatin, TN. Also survived by 6 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and many loving friends.

In lieu of flowers the family is requesting that donations be made to the Fern and Russell deGreef Hospice House in St. Louis, Mo or to the American Cancer Society

A Life Celebration will be held 11:00am, Monday August 1st at Crestview Funeral Home with burial to follow at Sumner Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held 4-8pm, Saturday & 2-8pm Sunday at funeral home. A memorial service will be held in St. Louis, Mo at later date.
