Joyce A. Bowles, was born on April 7, 1945 and passed away on May 23, 2014.
Joyce was a lifelong member of the United Methodist faith.
She is preceded in death by her parents, William Dean Griggs and Virginia Christine Griggs, and brother, Richard Griggs.
She is survived by her sisters, Doris Savage (James) and Shirley Sapp (Joe); brothers, Doug Griggs (Sue) and Donald Griggs (Jackie); 13 nieces and nephews, as well as a host of other family members.
The family will serve as active pallbearers.
A life celebration ceremony will be conducted on Tuesday, May 27, 2014 at 1PM in the chapel of Crestview Funeral Home, with interment to follow. A visitation with the family will be held on Monday, May 26, 2014 from 3-8PM at Crestview Funeral Home.
