PETTUS, Johnnie – Age 88 years, passed away May 23, 2013. Preceded in death by son, James Pettus. Survived by husband of 67 years, Howard Pettus; children, Pat Byron Dumas, and John Jean Pettus; grandchildren, Jennifer Dumas, Jonathan Bernidette Dumas, Bryan Jennifer Pettus, Jason Carrie Pettus, Sherah Pettus, Michael Lena Pettus, Jana Pettus, Nikki Pettus; 6 great grandchildren; brother, Jessie Montgomery; daughter in law, Joanne Pettus. The funeral service will be on Tuesday, May 28, 2013, at 2pm, at the First United Pentecostal Church, 7515 Charlotte Pike, with interment following at Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens.
