Joey Wayne Anderson, age 50 of Portland passed away on Monday, December 15, 2008. He was preceded in death by his father, Charles Reese Anderson, sister, Helen L. Davis, and brother, Danny Ray Anderson. He is survived by his mother and step-father, Georgia and Henry Perry, daughters; Jennifer Anderson, and Amy Anderson, grandchildren, Kennadie "Poppy's Little Angel" Creekmore, Cade "Poppy's Little Man" Legg, longtime companion, Bop, brother, David R. Anderson, sister, Brenda Anderson Donald, four nephews, two nieces, and several great nieces and nephews, beloved pets, "Stoney and Rocky" Funeral service will be conducted on Thursday, December 18 at 2:00 P.M. from the chapel of Gallatin Funeral Home with Bro. Charles Anderson, and Bro. Forrest Creekmore officiating. Interment will follow in the Memory Gardens at Crestview. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
