Age 64, of Gallatin, passed away August 18, 2016.

Joe was best describe by his family as a unique man that was one of a kind. He was hardworking, giving, loving, determined, respectful, and fun loving. He had many interests in life, which include grilling out for family and friends, fishing, coaching, swimming, playing the lottery, being a mechanic, being a free-lance part time movie critic, traveling to his favorite places, such as the Smokies & the ocean, watching sports like, Drag Racing, Nascar, boxing & football, but most of all spending time with his family and friends. He passed on many life stories, traditions and passions to his family that will be forever cherished. He will be forever loved and missed.

Preceded in death by his parents, Clara Thompson Adcock & James Adcock; sisters, Irene Keen & Evelyn Bell; brother, Robin Adcock. Survived by his loving wife of 46 years, Robbin Adcock; adoring children, Michelle Adcock & Jason Adcock (Holly); grandchildren, Matthew Adcock, Ann Marie Scott, Zachary Adcock & J. T. Minor; sisters, Joyce Hall (Eddie), Jenny Campbell (Charlie), Ethel Mae Watson & Darby Teckenbrock; brothers, Randall Adcock, Johnny Adcock (Carol) & Shorty Adcock; several nieces, nephews & extended family members.
