Jo Carolyn Watson, age 76, passed away at Gallatin Center for Rehabilitation and Healing on March 27, 2017 after an extended journey with Alzheimer's. She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph Wiseman, Ollie Louise Wiseman Richardson and Elmer Richardson; brother, Harold Wiseman and sisters, Jean Baird, Shirley Branson and Helen Reed Stokes. She is survived by her husband, Raymon E. Watson; children, Lee Watson of Bethpage and Carole Ann Maxwell (Rellon) of Gallatin; grandchildren, Brandon Watson, Lindsey Maxwell, Tori Watson, Lucas Watson, Logan Watson and Landon Watson; great-grandchildren, Chloe and Marleigh Watson; sisters, Betty McCool, Brenda Curtis, Kay Smith, Mary Pitts (Ed) and Rita Richardson; as well as several nieces and nephews. She was a longtime member of the Gallatin First Church of the Nazarene; a retired nurse with 33 years of service at Sumner Regional Medical Center and was committed to Christ and serving others. A Life Celebration Service will be held on Thursday, March 30th at 11:00 A.M. from the Chapel of Crestview Funeral Home with Dr. Alan Thompson and Dr. Wade Powers officiating. Interment will follow in Crestview Memory Gardens. Visitation with the family will be on Wednesday from 3-8 P.M. and Thursday from 9:00 A.M. until service time.
