JONES, Jay C. "Shorty" Age 56 years, passed away Sunday, December 11, 2011. Preceded in death by parents, 3 sisters, and 1 brother. Survived by companion, JoAnn Hale; children, Shelly Jones, and Angela Danny Hill; step children, Charles Cochrane, Cynthia Henry Franklin, and Christopher Gina Hale; 10 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild, 8 step grandchildren, and 5 step great grandchildren; siblings, Billy Betty Jones, Jimmy Opal Jones, Harley Marletta Jones, Clifford Linda Jones, and Claude Faye Jones. The Life Celebration service will be on Wednesday, December 14, 2011, at 2pm, at the West Harpeth Funeral Home with Phillip Shadowens officiating. Interment in Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
