James "Jimmy" Dickens

Mr. James “Jimmy” Dickens, age 77, of Portland, passed away in Okeechobee, FL on March 8, 2022. He was born in Fountain Head, TN to the late James and Christine Dickens. He is also preceded in death by two brothers, Charlie Dickens and Buddy Dickens; and niece, Tiffany Dickens.

Jimmy enjoyed spending his time traveling, fishing, boating, and riding horses.

Jimmy is survived by his loving wife of 49 years, Donna Dickens, son, Jeff (Michelle) Dickens; granddaughter, Stacey Hicks; John and Betty Hicks; great grandchildren, Cierra Hicks, Jimmie Dale Hicks, Easton Ried Hicks, Brayden Payton, Bentley Payton, and Spencer Smith; one nephew, Phil Dickens; and one sister in law, Barbara Dickens.

A graveside will be held on Saturday, March 26th at 3pm at Crestview Memory Gardens. Family will receive friends from 1-3pm prior to the graveside at Crestview Funeral Home.
