James Galinelli

James Franklin Galinelli, age 74 of Gallatin passed away March 2, 2018. Jim was born on May 13, 1943 in Decatur, Illinois to the late James and Virginia Galinelli. He was a veteran and proudly served in the United States Marine Corps, he was a true patriot and very proud of his service; he retired from N&S Railroad after 27 years of service, after retirement he worked as a mechanic for several years. Jim was a loving husband, father and grandfather, he will be deeply missed. He is survived by his wife, Kim Plyler-Galinelli; children, Harlan Galinelli and Paula Galinelli Auten (Virgil); granddaughter, Patricia Auten Pearl (Jonathan); his loving pet, Annie and several close friends. A private memorial service for Jim will be held at a later date.
