Hazel Lucinda Keen Graham, age 93 of Nashville and formerly of Gallatin, passed away October 13, 2017 at her home. Mrs. Graham was born on November 23, 1923 in Sumner County to the late Marshall and Nora Keen. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, J.D. Graham, 2 brothers and 3 sisters. She is survived by her sons, Sam Graham (Velma Jean) and Larry Graham (Judy); 7 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. A Graveside Service will be held on Monday, October 16th in Crestview Memory Gardens.
