Mr. H. Clinton Dorris, age 86 of Portland TN, passed away on Tuesday March 12th 2019. Funeral Services for Mr. Dorris will be held on Friday March 15th at 3PM in the Chapel of Crestview Funeral Home with interment to follow in Sumner Memorial Gardens. The family will receive visitors beginning on Thursday March 14th from 4PM until 8PM, and again on Friday from 12Noon until Service time at 3PM.

Mr. Dorris was the owner of the truck stop in Westmoreland for many years. He was a trucking business owner and driver for most of his life until he was 77 years of age. He loved his job and was a dedicated and hard worker. In his spare time, he enjoyed going on motorcycle rides.

Clinton is preceded in death by his loving wife Mrs. Gladys Helen Dorris, his Father Homer Ananius Dorris and his mother Ruth Doss Dorris as well as one brother Wilburn Dorris and Step-Daughter Teresa Littell.

He is survived by his Son Thomas C. Dorris, Son John A. & (Debbie) Dorris, Step-Daughter Mary Young , Step-Daughter Betty Ann Shattuck , Step-Daughter Tammy Johnson, Step-Son Bobby Lee Shattuck, Grandchildren; Heather, Jason, Jennifer, Laura & Numerous Other Grandchildren & Great-Grandchildren.

Clinton was a loving Husband, Father, Grandfather, and friend to all. He will be greatly missed by all those who knew and loved him.
