Mrs. Gloria Elizabeth Ayers, 77, of Hendersonville, passed away on August 8, 2017. She was born on October 31, 1939 to the late Sephus and Viola Silvers. She is also preceded in death by her husband, Norman Eugene Ayers; and siblings, Mary Covoletski, Bonnie Medlin, Larry Silvers, and Sue Plymill.

Gloria enjoyed anything that involved her family. Her time was devoted to her kids and grandkids. Her family says she was the central of everything, if there was ever a problem, they would always go to her. She always loved collecting porcelain dolls. Her favorite flowers were roses, she always had rose bushes outside of her house.

Gloria is survived by her children, Steven Ayers, Trina Ayers, Margie (Donnie) Thompson, Gina (Carlos) Irzarry, Dale Ayers; sister, Frances Hatfield; nine grandchildren, and eight great- grandchildren.

Graveside services will be held 4pm Saturday, August 11 at Hendersonville Memory Gardens. Family will receive friends from 1pm-3:30pm at Crestview Funeral Home, 1623 Hwy 109 N, Gallatin TN, 37066; prior to the service. Crestview Funeral Home are in charge of arrangements.
