Frances Harper Qualls, age 75 of Gallatin, passed away March 1, 2020. Mrs. Qualls was born in Davidson County, Tennessee to the late William Hillary Harper and the late Emma Brazell Harper. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, William H. Harper, Jr. She is survived by her husband of 56 years, Leonard Herlin Qualls, Sr.; children, Junior Qualls (Deanie) and Patricia Robertson; 5 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; siblings, Delores Breedlove, John Harper (Margaret), Fred Harper, Evelyn Blackman, Elmer Harper (Helen); and several nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be conducted on Friday, March 6th at 12:00 P.M. in the Chapel of Crestview Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Crestview Memory Gardens. Visitation with the family will be on Thursday, March 5th from 3-8 P.M. and Friday from 9:00 A.M. until time of service.
