Frances Armstrong

ARMSTRONG, Frances Ozelle, age 92, of Winchester, TN passed away at Baptist Hospital in Nashville after a brief illness. Ozelle was born in Huntland, TN, December 8, 1918 to the late Felix Richard Isbell and Nancy Ann Henshaw Isbell. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Patricia Anne; her granddaughter, Meredith A. Armstrong; two sisters, Essie Stratton and Stella Syler; five brothers, Granville A. Isbell, Joe Lawton Isbell, Odus William Isbell, John Gordon Isbell, and J. Don Isbell. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, William L. and Joan Armstrong of Franklin, TN; her daughter, Deborah K. Armstrong of Plano, TX; one grandson, Michael A. Armstrong of Nashville, TN; and a sister, Gertrude Hall of Winchester, TN. Ozelle was a member of the First Baptist Church of Winchester, TN. She enjoyed many wonderful years in Winchester and made lasting friendships with everyone she met. She was loved and will be missed by her family.
