Emily Rose O'Koon, age 23, passed away on June 17, 2020 in Nashville TN. She was born on December 15, 1996 in Crestview Hills, KY to Mr. Samuel O'Koon and Stephanie Horstman.

She is survived by her father, Sam O'Koon; mother, Stephanie (Jeff) Horstman; step brother, Taylor Horstman; paternal grandparents, Samuel and Pat O'Koon; maternal grandmother, Mary Hall; aunts, Jerrie (Glenn) Hughes and Kristina Stamper.

Emily had a big heart for animals, especially dogs.

A life celebration for Emily will be held at 2pm, Friday, June 26th at Crestview Funeral Home with burial in Crestview Memory Gardens.
