Doyla Dale Jones- age 68 of Portland, TN passed away October 3, 2015.
She was born on February 18, 1947 in Louisville, KY to the late Ira and Edith Downs.
Doyla was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt and friend who was deeply loved by all and will be missed forever.
She is survived by her children, Phillip Ray Johnston and Leah Hammonds (Tim); grandchildren, Andrew Phillip Johnston, Brent Michael Hammonds and Chelsea Nicole Hammonds; great-grandchildren, D'Marques Antionne Hammonds, Amiyah Nicole Reagan Hammonds, D'Monte Labryant Hammonds, Cayden James Pearson and Mariah Arianna Marie Hammonds; sister, Beverly McAfee; Several nieces and many other loving extended family members also survive.
Doyla was an avid dog lover and also leaves behind her two best friends, Snowball and Jay Jay who miss her dearly.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the family to help with funeral expenses.
