Dolores Wessels

Dolores Pauline Wessels, age 77 of Hendersonville, passed away Wednesday, April 27, 2011 at her home surrounded by her loving husband and children. Mrs. Wessels was very active in her church community as a Eucharistic Minister and a member of Sister Maria's Wednesday Group. She was preceded in death by her son, David Wessels; grandson, Joey Wessels; and brother, Eugene Hennenfent. She is survived by her husband, Charles R. Wessels; sons, Dick, Daniel and John Wessels; daughters, Pamela Greene, Melissa Wessels and Susan Ryerson; sister, Clarita Pauley; and her grandchildren, Anthony, Ben, Abby, Laura, Garrett Walker, Oliver, William, Charlie and Saddie. Her family will receive friends from 4-8 PM on Friday, April 29 at Hendersonville Funeral Home with a prayer service at 7 PM. A funeral mass will be conducted at 2:30 PM, Saturday, April 30 at Our Lady of the Lake Church. Interment will follow in Hendersonville Memory Gardens.
