Jason Duncan, Columbia, TN, Jacob Stephanie Duncan, Linden, TN. 1 grandchild on the way and 5 step-grandchildren. The memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, November 2, 2006 at West Harpeth Funeral Home with Dale Barker officiating. A special thanks to Dr. Tumen and the Staff at St. Thomas Hospital.
