Cynthia Kay Weyerbacher, age 62 of Gallatin, passed away May 29, 2022. She was born in Canton, Illinois on August 23, 1959. She is preceded in death by her father, Don Lopeman. Survived by her mother, Julie Hillje; her husband of 32 years, Cletus Weyerbacher; children, Amanda (James) Mitchell, Sara (George) Johnston, and Daniel Guy Johnston; grandchildren, Ava Mitchell, Cynthia Lou Mitchell, James Samuel Guy Mitchell, Riley Swearer, Silas Smith, and Theodore Guy Johnston; sisters, Christy Collier, Cheri Miller, and Shelley Nemethy. Cynthia served as a missionary for many years while on staff at Oviedo Baptist Church in Oviedo, Florida. After moving to Tennessee, she was a pharmacy technician at Centennial Medical Center until she had to retire due to illness. Visitation will be at Crestview Funeral Home on Thursday June 2 from 4-8 pm, and on Friday June 3 from 12 Noon until the service at 2pm with Michael Nelson, officiating. Interment will follow at Crestview Memory Gardens.
