Christopher Davis

Christopher Matthew "Matt" Davis, age 36 of Hendersonville passed away May 22, 2011. Matt went home to be with his Lord and Savior. He was a devout Christian, an avid Florida State Seminoles fan, a 1993 graduate of Brentwood High School and 1997 graduate of Florida State University.He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Frank Ray Davis and Cort Coffee. Survivors include his parents, Mark and Kathy Davis; grandmothers, Arlene Davis and Pauline Coffee; brothers, Ben Jessica and Aaron Davis; nephew, Ben Davis, Jr.; uncle, Glen Marsha Davis; aunt, Debbie Rodney Durham; uncle, Greg Maxie Davis; aunts, Karen Todd Gourley Gatlin, Chrissy Greg Callis, and Sue Almand; numerous cousins also survive. The family will receive friends on Thursday, May 26th from 2-8 p.m. and Friday, May 27th from 1-3 p.m. at Hendersonville Funeral Home. A life celebration service will be conducted on Friday, May 27th at 3:00 p.m. from the Chapel of Hendersonville Funeral Home with Richard Jennings officiating.
