Charlie Allen

Charlie B. Allen, age 60, of Gallatin, TN, passed away peacefully on Friday, April 8, 2016. He is preceded in death by his parents, Winford and Ruby Allen.
Mr. Allen is survived by his son, Josh Allen, grandchildren, Alexis Allen and Ashley Allen, brother, Donnie Allen (Pat), ex-wife, Carolyn Allen, girlfriend, Teresa Poole and her daughter, Summer. Mr. Allen is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, along with many other relatives and friends.
Mr. Allen was a concrete worker and was very skilled working with his hands. He enjoyed fishing for catfish, Tennesee Vols football and watching his favorite NASCAR driver, Jimmie Johnson. Mr. Allen loved being in the outdoors and was a true "child of the 70's". He was very proud of his son, Josh, and adored his grandchildren. Mr. Allen loved everybody and was always willing to help anyone in need.
Life celebration for Mr. Allen will be held at Crestview Funeral Home, 1623 Hwy. 109 North, in Gallatin, TN, on Wednesday, April 13, 2016 at 12:00PM. Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM, all at the funeral home. Burial to take place at Crestview Memorial Gardens.
