Charles William Orrs Jr, Age 79 of Portland TN, passed away July 30,2022. Charles was born in Reading, PA on September 11,1942 to the late Charles Orrs Sr and Betty Freehafer. Proceeded in death by his wife Linda Orrs, Brian Orrs, and Dottie Wayman He is survived by his son Neil and Amanda Orrs, Deanna and Tim James of Portland, Racheal and Charles Maxey of Gallatin. Brittany Orrs. Mr Orrs Jr graduated from Reading Senior High School in 1961.

We would like to recognize Charles Orrs Jr for his service in the Air Force as a ACFT Mechanic. He served 4 years. Upon honorable discharge from the Air Force Charles went to work for silk screening. Mr Orrs Jr is recognized for his love for his family and friends. Huge hearted man who would give you the shirt off his back. Well loved and devoted husband, care taker, father, grandfather, and great grandfather. Charles had a love for John Wayne movies and westerns.

Mr Orrs Jr. will be cremated with an inurnment service to follow. Friends and family are more than welcome to join.
