Charles Oakes

OAKES, C. Wayne, age 66, Nashville. A member of Bellevue Church of Christ, The Shriners, Temple Hills Golf Club and was on the Board of Mercy Homes. He is survived by his loving wife of 37 years, Norma Oakes; daughter, Melia Michael Clark; granddaughter, Maranda Rae Clark; brothers, Lewis, Doug Dorothy, Dr. Gary Donna and Roger Becky Oakes; he is also survived by his beloved dog, Prissy. The funeral service will be 12 Noon, Wednesday, May 11, 2011 at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home.
