Carolyn V. Wallace, age 45 of Portland, passed away on Tuesday, October 13, 2009. She is survived by her daughter, Racheal Baskerville Chris of Gallatin; granddaughter, Emily Baskerville of Gallatin; mother, Lillian Brown of Gallatin; father, David Brown and stepmother Sandra Brown both of Portland; maternal grandmother, Helen Harrison of Gallatin; brothers, John Brown Rebecca of Portland, David Brown Jr. of Gallatin; half-brother, Jimmy Brown Kathy of Portland; half-sister, Jana Hutchison Scott of Portland; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be conducted on Friday, October 16, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. from the chapel of Gallatin Funeral Home with Bro. Billy Brown officiating. Interment will follow in the Gallatin City Cemetery. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers. Visitation will begin on Thursday, October 15 at 12:00 noon until 8:00 p.m. and will resume on Friday at 10:00 a.m. until service time.
