Carl Bynum

Carl Bynum, age 98 of Goodlettsville passed away March 27, 2018 at Gallatin Health Care. Mr. Bynum was born on February 17, 1920 in Gleason, TN to the late Lon and Mary Bynum. Carl was a loving husband, father and grandfather; he was hard working and very intelligent. He could do almost anything and loved to share his knowledge with others. Carl loved his family unconditionally. He was the best father anyone could ask for. He taught his kids about the world in order to keep them safe. He instilled respect in others to his kids and was a great teacher to all of them. Carl is survived by his wife of 65 years, Frances Bynum; children, Parris Bynum, Gail Kelley (Tommy), Vic Bynum (Paula), Renee Rollins (Joe), and Kim Bynum; 8 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, March 31st at 11:00 A.M. in the Christus Section of Crestview Memory Gardens. There will be no visitation prior to the graveside.
