The funeral service will be held at 2 p.m., Tuesday, October 7, 2008 at West Harpeth Funeral Home with Michael Turner officiating. In Lieu of flowers, donation may be made to the: Nashville Humane Society, 213 Oceola Ave., Nashville, TN 37209.
