Barton Baird

BAIRD, Barton Van, Age 51. Passed away peacefully at his home in Brentwood, TN on Saturday, September 5, 2009. He is survived by daughter, Tara Lynn Baird Tom Arcuri, Jr. ; grandson, Thomas Alexander Arcuri III; son, William Jordan "Will" Baird Jessica Couser; parents, William O. "Red" and Ernestine Baird; brothers, Barry Ernest Baird Dr. Joe Taylor, Bradford Paul Baird; sister, Rose Anne Patrick Sullivan; mother of his children, Sherry Baird. He was a disabled veteran of the U.S. Army having served in Korea in 1976-1977. He was also a graduate of the University of West Florida and was retired from the U.S. Post Office. He was a loving father and proud "Pops" to his first grandchild Thomas. He will forever be in our hearts and memories. We all love and miss you. Service 11:30 Wednesday, September 9, 2009 at West Harpeth Funeral Home with Elder Doyle Hurst officiating. Interment will follow at Middle TN Veteran's Cemetery. Donations may be made to a Disabled Veteran's charity of your choice.
